My goal is to provide a memory bridge to this system that will help you to spend less time trying to come up with the information you need, when you need it. Auto-thoughts and Beliefs do have Consequences. Our inner environment influences our energy, our health, and helps to create our experience. Our thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and what we take in (like food and information), all build and cultivate the terrain of this ecosystem.Can I identify a consequence that I'd prefer to do away with? What seeded this consequence? (In other words, what are my Auto Thought or Belief antecedents?) What have I been avoiding out of fear? Can I move towards this fear, knowing that embracing the Consequence will banish the fear? What does the research say is the antecedent to my Consequence? Does the research fit and make sense to me? When I consider possible Consequences to my Auto Thoughts and Beliefs, which do I feel the most intuitively led to look into? What would science say about these progressions of Auto Thoughts to Consequences, and Beliefs to Consequences? What does my intuition say when I get quiet? Does my body, mind, or spirit show signs of trying to right itself? What are the signs? Anything to add?
